College Male Organization Partnership Program

Tasked with an ambitious challenge: introducing Bumble’s mission of female empowerment to college male communities, a demographic often left out of this conversation. Engaging men in women-focused empowerment was met with skepticism, but I saw an opportunity to shift perceptions in meaningful ways.

My role was to create a relatable, sustainable approach for this audience. Instead of forcing messaging, I focused on building genuine connections—making men feel like an integral part of the conversation.

I developed a program that combined education with interactive touchpoints like sponsoring tailgates, parties, bar tabs, and exclusive events. These weren’t just parties—they became opportunities to spark real conversations about respect, equality, and accountability.
